Strategy planning
A personalized marketing program is developed for each individual. The
program is created to reflect the individual’s specific strengths, background
and desired position, and includes research on identified companies, names
of prospects to contact, as well as appropriate techniques for securing
interviews.
Market definition

MCL Counseling Services maintains a national listing of recruiting firms, and

inclusion of the resume, these documents are sent electronically or via hard
copy to the selected recruiters.

Clearly, the Internet has a role in the employment process and we will aid the
individual in the appropriate utilization of this tool. Counseling includes how
to access web sites effectively, developing research capabilities, and how to
use the Internet in the most time-efficient manner.
Interview coaching
Through strategic interview coaching, we prepare the individual for a variety
of possible situations. We work to help the client feel as comfortable as
possible while presenting a capable and confident professional image. To
this end, we simulate one-on-one, group and stressful interview situations.
Also, we continuously evaluate the client and, as necessary, suggest
improvements in areas including appearance, body language, eye contact
and speech patterns.
Interview follow up
Shortly after an interview, we conduct an interview follow-up debriefing
session to discuss the interview, the questions asked, and to assess the next
steps. Appropriate follow-up methods with the prospective employer are
reviewed and pursued.
Evaluating offers
Upon receiving an offer of employment, we will help evaluate and identify
specific items of the offer for clarification and potential negotiation.
Additionally, analysis of the company and industry will be provided to help
the individual make an informed objective decision.
Negotiating compensation package
Often, this period of the job campaign becomes the most stressful and

Our services are provided through re-employment. In every step of the
